Do you guys offer Professional Voice talent for my phone system?
Yes, we have different talents to provide studio quality recording for phone systems, including phone promos and options by the department.
What are the benefits of Teitco phone service?
Our phone service allows businesses to have virtual employees that have a dedicated extension and are backed by our Cloud Phone Support.
Can I have one extension used on my phone and one on my mobile device?
Yes, our settings allows you to have one extension on your physical phone or the home desk at the same or different extension on your mobile device, which should ring simultaneously.
Can I have one phone service and multiple phone numbers in one line?

Yes, our phone service allows you to have one phone line and multiple phone numbers in one line.

Do you offer phone numbers outside of the United States?
We currently offer phone numbers only from the 50 States within the United States of America.
Can you configure the phone service to ring all the extensions simultaneously?
Yes, we can call this a Ring Grou. Any phone extension that is configured inside of the group will ring simultaneously, or we can configure it to ring randomly.
Voice talent service is part of the Phone Service?
No, the voice talent service is a separate service where a professional voice talent will record your message at the studio and edit the quality for you to have the audio files ready.
What is PBX Programming service? 

Pbx Programming is the service related to setting up all your extensions and options inside your phone service. This service usually is provided by a Telecom programmer who can professionally program how the call system will handle each call and what options will be provided.

Can I have one service that provides Voice Talents, PBX programming, and Phone Services all in one?

Unfortunately, each of the services you describe is provided separately because Voice talent and Programming is a one-time service while the phone service is a monthly service.
We can create one work order that includes the voice talent service, PBX programming, and Phone Service. All of these in one work order can be created with a total cost and estimated completion time.

Does Teitco Provide Phone service to allow RoboCalls?
No TEITCO currently does no provide telemarketing service, nor the phone service can be used with marketing purposes  our primary goal is to provide standard Phone Service where businesses can use VOIP technology such as IVR, Voicemail to email professional voice prompts and many more under standard use of Business Phone service
Can you configure the phone system to provide a different message when we are closed or on holiday?

Yes, we can program your time and conditions for how the phone will work when required. 

Teitco provides DID phone numbers that are SMS friendly.
Yes, Teito provided DID = Phone number that can be used with SMS o without SMS.
Can I Use the SMS Service for Marketing purposes?
No Teitco SMS Service is meant to be used by standard SMS communication between customers, and the business marketing SMS is not a service that teitco is currently providing at the moment.
Is Teitco an FCC Registered Business?
Yes, Teitco is a US Based Business located in Flordia and registered with the Federal Comision of Communication, commonly known as FCC to comply with Regulations of our Telecom Provider and FCC regulation.
What is the meaning of the Brand Name TEITCO?
